Let It Snow using Photo Play For the Love of Winter by Kerryn Fry

Good morning everyone! Everything is back to normal today, yes it is Friday. Using For the Love of Winter by Photo Play, I decided to tackle a double page for something different. There will always be plenty of snow photos to feature. These were taken last year at Lake Mountain.

The Kraft Cardstock base has been stenciled

with white gesso and a snowflake stencil.

The next layer is Distress Oxide Inks

and the Paint Splatter Kaisercraft Textured Stamp.

After layering the patterned papers across the double page,

I have grabbed a few of my larger snowflake dies from various companies

and cut out three different sizes and colours.

The Element Sticker Sheet provided the extra embellishments to decorate the page.

I've used foam tape to lift a few of the stickers

and added Stickles to the centres of the smaller snowflakes.

The journal spot has been created with patterned paper layers,

foam tape and a hand punch.

A few more stickers were added to finish off the cluster.

I changed the photos to black & white to suit the papers.

With the orange in my jacket and hot pink in my sister's jacket,

it made it easier to create the page.

The photos have all been mounted with foam tape

to add another layer to the page.

The 2 Crafty title Let it Snow was base coated with gesso, then covered with white ink and given some sparkle with Diamond Stickles, my favourite glitter glue.
