Original Girl using Simple Stories So Happy Together by Kerryn Fry

Good morning everyone!   This week I have created my first page using the collection, Simple Stories So Happy Together. Such a beautiful range that  matched perfectly with my photo. My gorgeous niece with her amazing blue eyes and her 'strawberry blonde' hair.
The page started with a clean piece of Kraft Cardstock. I've then mapped out my chosen 2 Crafty chipboard pieces and decided on the colours for each piece. The 2 Crafty 6x6 Diamond panel was a perfect starting piece. It has been covered with Chipped Sapphire Distress Paint and then backed with the reverse side of the 3x4 Elements paper.

 
The 2 Crafty Frangy Flowers have been covered
with Abandoned Coral Distress Paint.
Once dry, I have outlined with a white gel pen.
The centre of the flowers have been hand cut from the paper Hello Love
and added with foam tape.
The extra flower were cut from the paper Love Us
and the larger heart and camera hand-cut for the paper 3x4 Elements.

The 2 Crafty Mini Branches were given a two-tone finish.

Originally covered with Bundled Sage

and finished with swipes of Peeled Paint Distress Paint.

The sub-title Love & Laughter has been cut out form the 2x2 Elements paper

and add with foam tape.

The cardstock sticker added the finishing touches.

The stripe of colour across the top of the page is a favourite of mine.

A small piece cut from the 4x4 Elements paper

and embellished with a few more cardstock stickers.

The hearts are also from the 4x4 Elements paper.

I have used foam tape again for a little dimension and to create an extra layer.

The first part of the title is the 2 Crafty word Original,

I have covered it with Wild Honey Distress Paint

and added the white outline once the paint was dry.

The second part of the title has been created with some alpha stickers.
