Kaisercraft Outdoor Trail Collection - by Fiona Johnstone

Hello everyone   This month I have a couple of nice new collections to design with! The first one I have  had a chance to play with is one of the new Kaisercraft releases, Outdoor Trail.  It is rather outdoor, hunter/fisherman in style, but as usual the reverse side can be used for so many other layout styles.   For this layout I have used the plainer patterns, particularly the browns and oranges  that are such a part of the Florence landscape. There are also plenty of embellishments in the collectibles pack and sticker sheet that are suitable for travel layouts. 
I have used the plain styled "frontier" paper and added some colour with a mixture of orange and brown gelatos. Then I have added some masking and stamping to complete the background.      Breathtaking Florence  

I've torn and distressed the edges of the papers and lightly inked my chipboard circle in complimentary colours to give a little bit of an aged feel to the layout  of this renaissance city.   I've added some of the collectibles and sticker sheet words to embellish this corner.
