One of a Kind using Celebr8 Just Be You by Kerryn Fry

Hello everyone!Today I am sharing another page created with the amazing paper pack Celebr8 Just Be You.
The photo of my beautiful niece was takenon an adventure with her Mum in August 2021.They were on the search for snow near their home in country Victoria.

The base of the page is my usual 

12x12 Bazzill Kraft cardstock.

I've layered the patterned paper

pieces under the photo, balancing

the solid colours with the lighter patterns.

At the top of the page, I've added a torn strip

of the foliage paper and some hand cut pieces,

the Hive, the orange and some leaves.

Using a gold pen, I've add some

fake stitch lines to random elements.

I've created three main embellishment

 clusters on the page using with the 

hand cut elements from the papers.

The quote is from the barcode strip and 

has been cut into 3 parts and added to the

'blank area' of the photo with foam tape. 

I've then used Ranger Stickles Glitter 

Glue in Crystal to highlight each letter.

The hand cut hexagons in varies sizes

have also been lifted with foam tape

and the 'Unstoppable' tab.

On the the left side of the photo,

there are some patterned paper banner 

pieces that have been outlined with gold pen.

I've added a leafy corner piece

to frame the left side of photo and added

some Tim Holtz quote pieces.

At the bottom left corner of the photo,

there are larger hexagon pieces

and orange slices. More gold highlights

and Stickles Glitter Glue.

Love the sparkle! 

The third cluster is the bottom

right corner of the photo.

More orange slices, a hive piece,

leaves and the title piece.

All of the elements have been 

hand cut from the patterned papers.

The title 'One of a Kind' fits perfectly.

I've added a border with gold pen

and lifted the piece with foam tape.

There are a few more Tim Holtz pieces

added under the title.

As a finishing touch to the page,

I've add extra highlights with the 

Stickles Glitter Glue in the flower centres

and spots  on the patterned papers.

Floriade with Vicki Boutin Printshop by Fiona Johnstone

Hello
Back with another creation using Vicki Boutins Printshop collection:
Floriade

For this layout I've created a mixed media background using colours to match my photo and papers. I've used some Distress Oxide in Tumbled Glass and then some texture paste masking with Distress Oxide Seedless Preserve and a Vicki Boutin stencil. 
Next I've taken several strips of paper and layered them across my cardstock and added a strip to the bottom of the page. 

I've then done some fussy cutting of the flowers from the Flourish paper and I have added these to either corner of my layout, and some to the bottom strip before adding a mix of embellishments from the sticker sheet and ephemera packets. 

Another fussy cut flower and sticker embellishments combined with a Pinkfresh Studio chipboard flair. 

Finishing off the layout with these alphas from the Printshop collection, love them, so cool and fun!

Treasure This Moment using Simple Stories Say Cheese at the Park by Kerryn Fry

Happy Friday!Today I am sharing another page created withthe collection Simple Stories Say Cheese at the Park.Fabulous bright primary colours witha great theme for this Australia Day photo.Mr H in 2012 sporting his Aussie flag tattooand a beautiful cheesy grin.

This base of the page is a sheet 

of 12x12 Bazzill Kraft Cardstock.

The main patterned paper layer is the 

reverse side of Magical Day paper.

I've hand cut a scalloped strip of Gang's All Here paper

and added a strip of the Magical Day paper.

The top left corner cluster of the photo

is some hand cut Tags layered and some 

punched stars from Meet Me on Main paper.

The words are from Bella Blvd

and Cocoa Vanilla Studios.

The It's a Happy Day balloons were 

hand cut from the Tags Paper.

To the right of the photo are some

hand cut balloons from Worth the Wait paper.

The have been raised with foam tape

and then extra words added from Cocoa Vanilla.

The bottom right corner is a hand cut journal

card for the Journal Elements paper.

The 'Having a Blast' words and fireworks

were hand cut from a 3x4 Journal Card

on the 3x4 Elements paper.

Under the left bottom corner of the photo

is hand cut camera from the Tags paper

and journal piece from the Journal Elements.

The words are from Cocoa Vanilla Studios.

The title of the page is from the

2 Crafty 6x4 Phrase Stick Set 5.

Using the Treasure this moment stick

swiped with black ink to make sure

the words stay neutral and pop.

To finish off, I've used a black pen

to outline different elements on the page.

Game On! with Pinkfresh Studio Simply the Best Collection by Fiona Johnstone

Hello everyone
This week I'm using Pinkfresh Studio Simply the Best collection to scrap this photo series of my dog Harry playing in the yard. 
Game On!

Love the cute circles on the Mood Booster paper, just perfect for fussy cutting or you can use a circle punch if you have a large one. I based my design on these circles, using the words around my photos and the patterns in the white space. 
For the white space I did some sploshes with some Distress Oxide Ink in Rustic Wilderness. 

After layering some patterned papers and my photos I have used shipping tags fussy cut from the Happy Times paper Truly Epic paper and tucked these around the photos on the right hand side, adding a mix of coloured and plain twine. 

I've used Cardstock Stickers and Chipboard Flair to embellish my page alongside the circle words. Love the finishing touch the chipboard flair give to a page.

Todays moments using Bella Blvd School is Cool by Kerryn Fry

Hello crafters!Happy New Year from me!
My first page for the year has been createdwith the collection, Bella Blvd School is Cool.The papers were picked for their colours, not the theme, they match the photo perfectly.
The photo of Mr H, at nearly 5 years oldand his cousin Nicole hanging in the then sandpit, now our veggie garden. 

The base of the page is my absolute 

favourite, Bazzill Kraft Cardstock.

The background effect has been created

with the Simple Stories Arrow Stencil

and Spiced Marmalade Distress Oxide Ink.

It pops the small amount of orange

in the photo and patterned papers.

Across the top of the page I have added 

a strip of Simple Stories Say Cheese at the Park

Meet Me on Main, a thin strip of Daily Details

and a scalloped sticker from the Cardstock sheet. 

The sun and clouds have been hand cut from

the Daily Details paper and the sticker is

from Cocoa Vanilla Sunkissed Accessory Stickers

I've used foam tape to lift each piece.

The 2 Crafty Stars Pack was used to embellish 

the page and to create a journal spot.

The chipboard stars have been covered with

patterned paper and the extra stars are patterned paper.

The black chipboard dots on the page are 

the dot centres from the 2 Crafty Photo Corners.

They have been covered with black ink

and lifted with foam tape.

The 2 Crafty Mini Camera has been covered

with Spiced Marmalade Distress Paint.

After drying, I have then covered it with 

Spiced Marmalade Oxide Ink and hit it with a heat gun.

The final layer is Dimensional Magic

which had a great reaction with the Oxide.

Love the marbled finish.

The photo has been matted with Bazzill Raven Cardstock,

with patterned papers layers added underneath.

I have raised the photo and first two paper

layers with foam tape to create extra layers. 

I've used a black pen to add borders to some 

of the paper pieces and stars.

To the left of the photo I have added 

two more stars and words from both 

the DooHickey Cardstock Stickers

and Cocoa Vanilla Accessory Stickers.

The title for the page has been created

from the 2 Crafty Phrase Stick Set 5.

Using 'todays moments, tomorrows memories'.

The chipboard has been swiped with black ink,

layering the colour without colouring the words.

I have cut the phrase into two pieces and

then added them to the page with foam tape.

The finishing touches are the small hearts

from the DooHickey Sticker sheet.

Smile with Vicki Boutin Print Shop by Fiona Johnstone

Hello everyone
Happy New Year!
I'm starting off the year with a happy page, using Vicki Boutin Print Shop! 
Smile

Love this photo a friend took recently and thought it a nice way to start the new year!
I've also used the page to add some hidden journaling that will contain my
One Little Word for 2023. 
I love this circle background paper in the print shop collection - Shape Shifter - and
based my design around it and the title Smile from the Print Shop Accent and
Phrases Sticker Sheet. Once I knew how much room I had I matted my photo with
some patterned papers and then set about fussy cutting flowers from the Flourish paper

I've added photos to both sides of my photo then hit the Cardstock Die Cut ephemera
to embellish my page alongside the stickers from the Cardstock Stickers sheet. 

My hidden journaling is under the Today we... journaling paper I have cut from the
3x4 paper sheet, it slides out from the top of my page 

Love the title with the cute little journaling strip underneath and finishing off with
some little gold dots from the sticker sheet.

Father & Daughter moment using Echo Park Paper Let's Create by Kerryn Fry

Good morning everyone!My page today has been created with the collection Echo Park Paper Let's Create.The colours in the collection were perfect for this gorgeous photo of my Nephew and Great-Niece at her Christening.

The base of the layout is a cleansheet of Bazzill Kraft Cardstock.I've layered the patterned papersand outlined some of the layersusing a gold pen.
The butterflies and tab in the top right corner are stickers from Cocoa Vanilla. The butterflies have been lifted with foam tape.

The embellishment cluster to the leftof the photo has been created with stickersfrom the Cardstock Sticker Sheetand Cocoa Vanilla.
The Let's Create Stickers have beenmodified with words from Cocoa Vanillaand Tim Holtz sticker book.

The 2 Crafty Rose Set has been covered 

with Distress Paints Evergreen Bough,

Bundled Sage and Stormy Sky.

I have backed the roses with scrap

paper and then outlined the flower part

with a gold pen. Each flower has been

lifted with foam tape for dimension.

The 2 Crafty title Father & Daughter Moment

has been covered with Gold Ink.

The 'Moment' part of the title

has been lifted with foam tape as well.

A simple, sweet page for this week.

Christmas at Martin Place with Bella Blvd North Pole collection by Fiona Johnstone

Hello everyone
Hope you all had a very Merry Christmas and are enjoying the Christmas Break. 
I have another Christmas layout to share with you all, this time using Bella Blvd North Pole collection for my layout of the Martin Place Christmas Tree this year.

Love the Bella Blvd North Pole collection for it's adorable patterns and embellishments. I wanted a clean background for this layout as the tree itself is quite busy. I have layered up some patterned paper and mounted the cardstock onto a patterned paper, offset rather than centred for a little extra interest to the page. 

Love the cute little chipboard embellishments in the range and have teamed them up with some bling 

and finishing off with a cute title - the main Christmas word is from the chipboard sheet and I have added some small Jillibean alphas from my stash.
