This layout uses the same Graphic 45 collection as last week, but this time focusing more on the reds. I've used a red candy cane paper as my border paper and scrapped on some white cardstock as my base. For my blue toned photo I have matted in blue, then a white with blue before adding the large floral paper and highlighting with a red Merry Christmas banner

Grateful
49 & Market Curiosities in Willow Grove
Kel Moore
Welcome to the blog today!
It's Kel back today sharing another layout I created with the 49 & Market Curiosities
in Willow Grove collection.
in Willow Grove collection.
This page documents a photo of my oldest son and I from his 17th birthday last year.
Here it is...
I started my page with a piece of white cardstock and some Distress Oxide in Kitch Flamingo which I watered down and added to the page. I then used an older Vicki Boutin stencil to add some detail.
I matted my photo in two different papers from the 6x8 paper pad then added some pieces from the journalling ephemera behind my photo to create the base.
I really loved the floral paper from the Starters Paper Pack so I used it as a border around the whole page then fussy cut the rest of the florals to use as embellishments on my page. I tucked the florals around the photo.
Next I used some 2Crafty chipboard called Grid Panel which I painted in gold and tucked
under both sides of my photo.
under both sides of my photo.
I then created my title using the chipboard bits for the word 'Grateful' ...Doodlebug Puffy
Alphas for the word 'For' and a diecut for 'The Simple Things.'

I finished the page adding some ink splatters in black and gold.
I hope you enjoyed my page today and check out this collection in the shop...I Love it!
See you next time!

Kellie Moore
Welcome to the blog!
Its Kel back today sharing a page with the new collection from 49 & Market called
Curiosities In Willow Grove.
Curiosities In Willow Grove.
There is so many fun pieces in this collection from diecuts, laser cuts to rub ons and stickers.
Today I'm documenting some photos of my son that I took during our latest holiday to
Koh Samui last month when we visited this waterfall.
Koh Samui last month when we visited this waterfall.
I started by choosing this paper from the 12 x 12 paper pad that has a green watercolour
look... I love that it looks like mixed media has been done on it when it hasn't...takes out
the extra work which is a tick in my book! I then used the floral print also from the
paper pad to add a strip down the left side to anchor my photos to the page.

The photo of my son is around 4x6 and I have used some pieces from the journalling
die cuts to layer behind my photo.

On the right photo of the waterfall which is around 3x4 I have used a large camera die cut
above the photo with some laser cuts and die cuts on the right side.

For my title I have used a piece from the Icon and Title Ephemera Set.
Under the title I have added some rubs ons and word sentiments.

Hachiko
with Bella Blvd Bow Wow
by Fiona Siegel
For this layout I chose to go with the striking colour combo of red and black with a light grey/white background and some smaller pops of colour. I have used the super cute Bow Wow collection by Bella Blvd. The bones paper a cute background with small bones, then I added the red around the paper to add some colour. Next a few paper layers - cute pawprints and some stripes and colour.
Flowers either side for that extra colour, I love these large black Green Tara flowers, teamed up with the smaller red cherry blossoms. In my stash I found this supe cute Dog button.
I have finished off my layout with the title Hachiko using some alphas from my stash - I love this mismatched vibe of these alphas, so fun!
Till next week
Fiona
