My Happy Place using Kaisercraft Breathe by Kerryn Fry

Good morning everyone.
Today's page has been created using the beautiful collection,
Kaisercraft Breathe.
The collection is a combination of blue, grey and pink,
but for my masculine page, I've stuck with the blue & grey.
The photo was taken on last year's snow trip at Lake Mountain.
This is clear proof  my Mr 14 is one crazy boy!

I have used Bazzill kraft cardstock as a supporting base for the page.
The main background paper is Clear Skies with the grid pattern.
The next step was to layer strips of patterned paper on opposing sides of the page,
I've tried to alternate light and dark patterns.
It's a simple design.
The grid pattern was also perfect to use as journal strips,
they have been mounted on foam tape.

There are two different 2 Crafty chipboard snowflakes on the page.
The smaller ones are 2 Crafty Fernlike Snowflake
and the large one is the 2 Crafty Snowflake,
I have been painted them with Distress Paint Picket Fence.
They have been finished off with the white Brilliance Ink.

I have punched out some smaller snowflakes using the darker papers,
adding them to compliment the chipboard snowflakes.
The Collectables pack was used to build the lower clusters on the page
and the date added to the clock face.

The wire string was added to the top of the tag.
I've painted the 2 Crafty Word Bubble with Distress Paint
and backed it with Mosaic Stroke patterned paper.

The 2 Crafty title My Happy Place was also covered with Distress Paint.
Once dry, I've added ink for a little sparkle.
The title has been lifted on foam tape.

That's my page for this week.
Thank you for visiting the blog today,
have a fabulous weekend and happy crafting.
Please join us again on Monday for Fiona's next project.
