It's Time to Bloom with Uniquely Creative Delightful Curiosities by Fiona Siegel

Hello everyone
This week I have this months Uniquely Creative range, Delighted Curiosities to showcase to you. 
It's Time to Bloom

With its blues and greens this collection is prefect for your outdoors photos, especially this one of my eldest daughter in her blue/green dress. I chose the background woodgrain to match the palm tree in the background and then the floral green paper to match the print in her dress. 

I've matched up these with some cute embellishments from the creative cuts pack - love the little frame which I have used as a base for my mounted flower cluster. I've added some extra flower stems and a super cute butterfly. 
Then it was some fussy cutting from the Curiosity Cabinet paper - the scallop border and the beauty circle.  

I completed my layout with this lovely 2Crafty chipboard title - It's time to Bloom.

Be True to You with Carta Bella Flower Shoppe by Fiona Siegel

Hello everyone
This week I am creating with the pretty Flower Shoppe from Carta Bella. So girly and cute!
Be True to You

Oh I love this bow paper!! I wanted it to feature on my page so I used this large square design and matted it with a light blue background. I then added a full length strip of pink paper in a  neutral pattern so my embellishments and title would pop!

I've used the sticker sheet from this collection to embellish with flowers and bows. Then I made a little tag cluster on the top corner to break up some of the white space. 

More stickers - more flowers, bows and some butterflies too!
I love this big title by 2Crafty and it really pops in the darker blue on my page!!

Amaze Yourself with Arden Creative Garden Chronicles by Fiona Siegel

This week I'm sharing a layout with the beautiful Garden Chronicles collection by Arden Creative, 
Amaze Yourself 

This is a beautiful collection , I may have been hoarding it just a little bit!! Love a pink and green combo and this photo called for just that! I have teamed up the pink and greens in the papers from the paper pad and then added some complimentary embellishments!

I've used some Green Tara flowers to embellish my layout and teamed this up with some butterflies from the Garden Chronicles laser cuts and some frames and tabs from the back of the paper pad - love how they have these in the back of the paper pads. 
From my stash I have added a mix of ephemera and some PinkFresh Studio chip circle words, then I've finished the page with a 2Craftyy Chipboard Title - Amaze Yourself which I have inked to match and a spattering of Garden Chronicles Enamel Dots.

Sunflowers with Uniquely Creative Sweet as Honey by Fiona Siegel

Hello everyone
This week I have created a layout using Uniquely Creatives July release Sweet as Honey collection. 
🌻 Sunflowers 🌻

For this page I chose the Sunny days paper with its large patterned sunflowers on the paper then used the reverse side to add a pop of yellow to the top corner and to matte around my photos before adding a neutral paper behind that. I used the tags paper and cut them in to shipping tags to add to the side of my layout. 

Next some 2Carfty chipboard Grid Panel which I have split in to sections then inked in green and gold to add some dimension before adding lots of the vellum embellishments of flowers and bees to my page. Love how these peel and stick. 

I finished my layout off with my title Sunflowers in black alphas by Bella Blvd. Then I added some word stickers from my stash and the Here and Now button from an older Uniquely Creative range.

Life's Good with Simple Stories Rustic Legend by Fiona Siegel

Hello everyone
This weeks layout is created with Simple Stories Rustic Legend and some fab 2Crafty chipboard:
Life's Good 

For this layout I have added some background stars and numbers in grey and black to add some detail to the plain ledger paper I've chosen for my background. I have added some colour with the 2Crafty Chipboard Grid Panel in dark teal. I have cut this in to separate pieces to add to each side of my layout. 

I've repeated the patten with masking and chipboard on this side of the layout too. Then I set about adding paper layers in a vertical design, and a film strip from 49 and Market.  I have then fussy cut the tape from the elements paper and a tag from the Tag Elements sheet and added some ephemera from the Page Pieces set. 

I've then added 2Crafty Chipboard Life's Good as a title, inked in a grey blue then some glossy accents over the top for some dimension.

Queen of Selfieswith Arden Creative Been Thereby Fiona Siegel

Hello everyone
This week I have kind of a fun one, my Mum sent me this photo she took of me
 taking a selfie while at a lookout in New Zealand.
 I have created the page using the travel collection Been There by Arden Creative:
Queen of Selfies

I've used the paper pack papers for my base and layers, adding some torn
edges for texture before adding a 49 and Market film strip alongside the edge
 and a tag from the Simple Stories Rustic Legend papers, with a twine bow. 

The great thing about these newer Arden Creative Kits is that they come with some fab diecuts sheets at the back of the paper pad making it easy to
 embellish your page.
  I've used one of the mine titles here - Selfie Stop. I also wanted to add
 some flower so found an old Cocoa Vanilla paper and fussy cut some flowers
 to match my paper. 

The tab and compass are both from the paper pack and then I have added another fussy cut flower before finishing off my page with the perfect title
 for this photo - Queen of Selfies!

Wonderful with Carta Bella Silly Goose and 2Crafty Chipboard by Fiona Siegel

Hello everyone
This week I have created a layout using the adorable Silly Goose collection by Carta Bella. 
Wonderful

Isn't this collection so cute? Love it. For this page I have used white cardstock and an older Vicki Boutin stencil to mask some flowers in light green ink and mounted by cardstock on to green patterned paper. 
Next I have used the super adorable goose paper as a feature paper across my page, adding a torn bottom edge for texture. I have matted my photo with the contrasting red and added some small banners to tie the papers together. Then I have fussy cut some of the journaling shapes from the Journaling Cards paper to embellish.

I love these 2Crafty handdrawn hearts, I've simply inked this one and tucked it under my photo. I then added some fabulous white wildflowers by Prima and some cute 49 and market enamel dots with words. 

I completed my layout with a simple one word title Wonderful.

This collection by Arden Creative is most definitely one of my favourites!
I've got a few more layouts to share with Field Notes, starting with this one of
 my eldest daughter:
Beauty  

I started with the background paper which has a a lovely leafy edging. I then added several layers behind my photo, using a torn gingham green matting at the back to tie in with the background paper and her top.  I then added some of the gingham print to the top and bottom of the background paper. 

I framed my photo with some gorgeous floral stems from the laser cut pack then added a several of the butterflies from the pack too. 

My journaling is fussy cut from one of the journaling paper pieces in the paper pad. I love this 2Crafty title Beauty - I've inked with Distress Oxide ink then added some stickles glitter. I finished off with a cute button from an old Uniquely Creative collection.

You Shine with Simple Stories Pink Lemonade and Uniquely Creative by Fiona Siegel

Hello everyone

This weeks layout is created using the most beautiful butterfly die-cut by Uniquely Creative and teamed up with the stunning Simple Stories Pink Lemonade Collection:
You Shine

The butterfly of course is the highlight of my page. I traced the inside the butterfly to cut out alll my paper pieces before gluing them down. I matted some white cardstock on to the patterned red check paper then added some sploshes with yellow ink to my background for a subtle effect. 

 Next I matted my photo in a thin edge and then added some floral to the right hand side so as not to detract from the butterfly. I also added a small tag to the right hand side. 

I've embellished my layout with stickers from the 12x12 Icon sticker sheet in the Pink Lemonade collection and finished off with my 2Crafty title You Shine in green to match the patterned papers.

Owakudani with Ciao Bella Land of the Rising Sun by Fiona Siegel

Hello everyone 

Happy New Year!
I'm kicking off the New Year with a travel page using Ciao Bella Land of the Rising Sun:
Owakudani

For this layout I have used the 12x12 Land of the Rising Sun paper pack 8 pack as well as the 12 pack of papers - they do vary slightly. I have chosen a neutral background for my base paper and teamed it up with the black to match my photo and some pops of red and gold. 

I have used one of the Plain Easter Eggs from the 2Crafty range, inking it in black and then adding white paint splotches to match the black egg in my photo. I have further embellished my layout with a stamp cutout from the patterned paper and some red paper flowers by 49and Market. 

My title is created with some Thickers from my stash - choosing gold to co-ordinate with the floral paper. I then finished off with some journaling printed on to some smooth white cardstock then inked in black.

Beautiful Girl with Carta Bella Pressed Floral Collection by Fiona Siegel

This weeks layout is created with the lovely Carta Bella Pressed Floral collection:
Beautiful Girl

I love how thick the papers are by Carta Bella, great for easy  tearing which is a technique I love to use. I have used this for the main floral paper then the darker matt for my photo before adding some softer pink to match my daughters top. 

I've predominantly used flowers to embellish my page, adding a little journaling by fussy cutting "Live in the Moment" from the Carta Bella Pressed Flowers journaling paper.  I love the gorgeous large pink flower in the Green Tara Botanicals pack, then the smaller flowers and leaves I have added to my journalling tag. 

I've finished off with a 2Crafty title - Beautiful Girl - inked then I added some sparkle with some kindy glitz.
