No Limits 49 & Market Level Up Kellie Moore

Welcome back to the Blog! 

It's Kel here today sharing a page using the new 49 & Market Level Up collection.

I'm always on the hunt for boy collections and this one hasn't disappointed!

For todays page I am scrapbooking 2 photos of my youngest son from his first
year playing Rugby League and this range was perfect.

 Have a look

I have used all solid papers for my layout, a grey for my background then layered 3 papers across the middle of my page, tearing the edges for texture, then laying my photos offset to the left side of my page. On the left photo I used a frame from the ephemera pack to highlight the photo, then used some laser cuts to create a cluster to the bottom left.

For my title I used a piece from the chipboard pack, also laying a frame around it for attention.

Above my photos I have used another chipboard piece along with some rub ons, then I added some stars with a stencil and black marker.

I repeated these elements under my photos also.

I felt I needed some more colour so I added some torn papers to the top and bottom of the page and added some 2Crafty chipboard called Mini Hexagon Clumps.

Hello everyone
Back this week with a new layout using Arden Creative Been There collection, for some more travel photos: 
Lets be Adventurers

These photos are from a road trip to Dubbo, so I chose the vehicle paper as a focal paper and the green tree paper for the background to match my photos.  Love using mini photos when you have a lot of pictures without overfilling your page. 

Next I have made some small embellishment clusters using some older 49andMarket laser cuts as well as the Arden Creative Laser Cuts and pieces from the back of the paper pad

A mini cluster of embellishments with a tab for the where journalling. 

Then some of the words from the back of the paper pack for a subtitle and the main title.

Sunflowers with Uniquely Creative Sweet as Honey by Fiona Siegel

Hello everyone
This week I have created a layout using Uniquely Creatives July release Sweet as Honey collection. 
🌻 Sunflowers 🌻

For this page I chose the Sunny days paper with its large patterned sunflowers on the paper then used the reverse side to add a pop of yellow to the top corner and to matte around my photos before adding a neutral paper behind that. I used the tags paper and cut them in to shipping tags to add to the side of my layout. 

Next some 2Carfty chipboard Grid Panel which I have split in to sections then inked in green and gold to add some dimension before adding lots of the vellum embellishments of flowers and bees to my page. Love how these peel and stick. 

I finished my layout off with my title Sunflowers in black alphas by Bella Blvd. Then I added some word stickers from my stash and the Here and Now button from an older Uniquely Creative range.

Lets Go Simple Stories Open Road Kellie Moore

Hi Everyone,

Kel here today sharing another creation with you.
 I have been creating with the new collection from Simple Stories called Open Road.
 This collection is full of fun pieces which are good for documenting outdoor adventures,
 travel, camping and road trips.

On my page, I am documenting 2 photos of my son from when he was at school camp, here it is.

For my background I have used 2 papers from the collection, cutting one at an angle to fit across the bottom of my page, then used a 3rd paper to border my whole layout. I have positioned my photos to the middle of my page, tucking them into the bottom paper so are poking out. I have then adhered a border sticker along the join to add more colour and interest.

I have 3 main embellishment clusters around my photos which helps draw your eye to the photos.

I have used the Bits and Pieces pack to add some embellishments. 

As well as some Chipboard Pieces and Foam Stickers, this includes my title.

Life's Good with Simple Stories Rustic Legend by Fiona Siegel

Hello everyone
This weeks layout is created with Simple Stories Rustic Legend and some fab 2Crafty chipboard:
Life's Good 

For this layout I have added some background stars and numbers in grey and black to add some detail to the plain ledger paper I've chosen for my background. I have added some colour with the 2Crafty Chipboard Grid Panel in dark teal. I have cut this in to separate pieces to add to each side of my layout. 

I've repeated the patten with masking and chipboard on this side of the layout too. Then I set about adding paper layers in a vertical design, and a film strip from 49 and Market.  I have then fussy cut the tape from the elements paper and a tag from the Tag Elements sheet and added some ephemera from the Page Pieces set. 

I've then added 2Crafty Chipboard Life's Good as a title, inked in a grey blue then some glossy accents over the top for some dimension.

Joy in the Journeywith Arden Creative Studio Been Thereby Fiona Siegel

Hello everyone
Another holiday layout this week, road trip themed, using Arden Creative Been There collection:
Joy in the Journey

For this layout I wanted to capture the earthy colours of the open road and tie in some blue skies as well so I teamed up the earthy road map paper with a plainer background with a hint of blue from the Paper Pad. I added a strip of blue across the top for sky and matted my top photo in the same blue paper. Some torn yellow stripe paper to tie the page together.

I've used a mix of elements from the back section of the Been There Paper pad and the Been There laser cuts to add my elements across my layout:

My title Joy in the Journey is also from the Been There Paper Pad

Celebrate The Good Times 49 & Market Glimmer and Glee Kellie Moore

Hi Everyone!

Its Kel here today sharing a page I made with the 49 & Market Glimmer and Glee collection. These photos are from my twin boys 3rd birthday, I love reflecting on this time and remembering their cute little faces and how exciting this time was.

I have used one of the patterned papers for my background, its such a fun paper with cupcakes printed on the bottom and a mixed media look which gives lots of texture.

I wanted to overlay my photos at an angle to create a diagonal design so I layered a piece of patterned paper with a scallop die cut underneath my photos to ground them to the page. 

Next I layered a bunch of the ephemera pieces, chipboard, laser cuts and rub ons all around the page to embellish... I think the teddy holding the balloons is my favourite piece.

For my title I used a piece from the chipboard pack.

To finish I added some gold splatters.

I hope I have inspired you today and are enjoying your own scrappy time.

Queen of Selfieswith Arden Creative Been Thereby Fiona Siegel

Hello everyone
This week I have kind of a fun one, my Mum sent me this photo she took of me
 taking a selfie while at a lookout in New Zealand.
 I have created the page using the travel collection Been There by Arden Creative:
Queen of Selfies

I've used the paper pack papers for my base and layers, adding some torn
edges for texture before adding a 49 and Market film strip alongside the edge
 and a tag from the Simple Stories Rustic Legend papers, with a twine bow. 

The great thing about these newer Arden Creative Kits is that they come with some fab diecuts sheets at the back of the paper pad making it easy to
 embellish your page.
  I've used one of the mine titles here - Selfie Stop. I also wanted to add
 some flower so found an old Cocoa Vanilla paper and fussy cut some flowers
 to match my paper. 

The tab and compass are both from the paper pack and then I have added another fussy cut flower before finishing off my page with the perfect title
 for this photo - Queen of Selfies!

Lovely with Arden Creative Field Notes by Fiona Siegel

Hello

This week I'm sharing another page with the beautiful Arden Creative Field Notes - this is most definitely one of my favourite collections for this year.
Lovely

I've chosen one of the pretty background papers for this layout and added a white border with some cardstock. Next I have matted my photo before creating a little scene with a window and fence piece from the laser cuts pack. 

Flowers and butterflies adorn the layout which are also from the laser cuts sheet. 

and then I finished with a Cocoa Vanilla Studio title and a Uniquely Creative button from my stash to complete the page.
