Wild Thing
Echo Park My Favorite Monster
Kellie Moore

Hello!
It's Kel here today sharing my DT layout using the new Echo Park collection called My Favorite Monster. When I saw this collection in the shop I immediately fell in love with the monsters in this range. They are so cute and fun!

Today Im scrapbooking two photos of my son when he was a toddler wearing his toilet training undies and gumboots... I really do miss those early years, they grow up wayyyyy too quickly!

Here is a look...

For the base of my page I started with some patterned papers laid vertically down the right side of the page then cut a large circle for my photos to sit on. I used some of the 6x6 papers to mount my photos and laid them down slightly offset.

I then cut another smaller circle to add to the bottom left of the page to create a cluster and another point of interest.

The page was feeling a bit plain, so I added some stenciling to the background using a Vicki Boutin stencil and green ink.

To the left of my photos I added a journalling piece from the ephemera pack, layered up with some 2Crafty Dotty Bits which I coloured black.

For my title I used a piece from the Chipboard Set...

To finish off my page I added some more of the chipboard pieces, puffy stickers and stickers above and below my photos.

I hope you enjoyed seeing my page today and you check this collection out in the shop!
See you soon
Kel

Big Smiles with Simple Stories Pink Lemonade by Fiona Siegel

Hello everyone

This weeks layout created with Simple Stories Pink Lemonade:

Big Smiles

I had almost a full sheet of the Tag Elements paper, scraps of the rest of the patterned paper but still a few stickers from the 12x12 Cardstock Sticker sheet left in this collection so decided to use the tags as a feature!

A large strip of the super cute Strawberry paper then some strips of co-ordinating papers along the right hand side. I matted my photo with the green Simple Joys paper then fussy cut all my tags from the Tag Elements sheet and lay them along the edge of my page - I added some twine to a couple, left some plain and then added a large twine bow to the centre one.

Next I hit up the 12 x 12 Cardstock sticker sheet to embellish my page with a mix of flowers and few little quotes and hearts. I used the scalloped border sticker along the side of my page opposite the tags.

I also used the sticker sheet for my title - Big Smiles to finish off my page.

Thanks for stopping by
Till next week

Carefree
with 49 and Market Artful Moments
by Fiona Siegel

Hello everyone

I just can't get enough of the stunning Artful Moments paper pad by
49 and Market,  so I have another layout to share with you all today:

Carefree

I've gone with the purple tones for this layout and still more fussy cutting - the
butterflies, of course and also these beautiful flowers! Both pattern papers that are
part of the paper pad. Then I added the ephemera stems which come with the
 laser cut elements.

The journaling tag is fussy cut from another patterned paper in the collection and
I've added a little journaling before tucking it under my photos.

More of my fussy cut flowers and butterflies, teamed up with some of the
ephemera from the journaling bits - under my left photo.  I have then used the
same pack to add my "original" journaling word and for my "Carefree" title.

Thanks for stopping by
Till next time

Let's Go
Simple Stories Rustic Legend
Kellie Moore

 Hey Everyone,
It's Kel here today sharing a page with the Simple Stories Rustic Legend collection.

I LOVE this collection, as a mum of 3 boys, I'm always looking for more masculine
collections and this one definitely won my heart.
The warm, deep tones with a touch of woodgrain is so good!

Today I'm documenting a page of my youngest boy after receiving awards at the end of year assembly.

Here it is...

I chose a neutral paper from the collection to use as my base, then layered a bunch of the patterned papers behind my photo, making them offset at different angles to create interest.

I created a large embellishment cluster to the top left of my photo, using die cuts, stickers, brads and foam stickers. I also cut some stars from the different papers.

To the bottom right of my photo I have added my title using a foam sticker,
 again making another embellishment cluster.

I then made a smaller cluster on the left of the photo to create a visual triangle, drawing
 attention to the photo.

I hope you are inspired with this masculine page and check out this collection in the shop!

See you next time..
Kel

The Little Things
with 49 and Market Artful Moments
by Fiona Siegel

Hello everyone

Sharing another layout with 49 and Market Artful Moments:

The Little Things

Loved the butterfly paper in this paper pack which inspired the whole page. First lots of fussy cutting over a few days then I had decided on this circle paper making it easy to create a butterfly wreath. For a bit of colour pop I mounted it on to the teal paper which I also used to matte my photo.

I used a journaling piece as my title and tucked it alongside my photo. Next to embellish with some of the 6x12 cardstock stickers and the journaling bits. I tucked a few pieces along my photos.

Some mini titles from the journaling bits teamed up with some print pattern borders completed my design with a few little bits and bob embellishments and another fussy cut butterfly to finish off.

Love the bow across the journaling title that ties my colours together.
