Rock Star using Cocoa Vanilla Studio Legendary by Kerryn Fry

Good morning everyone!
Today I'm sharing my first page created with the very cool collection,
Cocoa Vanilla Studio Legendary
I've gone BIG this week and started with a double page spread.
It captures a very proud moment with Mr 15
and his first band appearance.
There are lots of photos, plenty of embellishments
and a small amount of paper.

This page started with inspiration from Pinterest,
a sketch by sketchsupport.blogspot.com.
I've changed a few photo sizes
and added a few more embellishments.
The base for the page is my fav Bazzill Kraft cardstock
and then the photos were all stuck down.

The Ephemera pack is filled with the perfect embellishments,
some of the stars, journal spot and arrows were great additions
I've used a lot of foam tape to give dimension to the page.
The 2 Crafty Wire Stars have been covered with Wild Honey Distress Paint.
The 2 Crafty Mini Camera was covered with
Walnut Stain and Ground Expresso

The 2 Crafty Grass Clumps were painted in layers,
first layer is Twisted Citron and finished with Peeled Paint Distress Paint.
I've used a white gel pen to add a faux stitch line to the bottom of the grass.

The wood panel frame from the Ephemera pack
was great to highlight Mr 15 in a photo.
I have embellished the frame with more ephemera pieces
and some hand cut stars from All Star paper.

The Die Cut titles added some great words to the page,
they have been lifted with foam tape
and surrounded with more hand -cut stars.
A black gel pen was used to add faux stitch lines
to the vertical strips on either side of the photos.

The Accessory Stickers provided the journal spot
 and some inspirational words.
I have backed the words with patterned paper to give them a lift.

The words have been covered with Chipped Sapphire Distress Paint,
once dry I've doodled the letters with a white gel pen
and then finished of with a coat of Glossy Accents.
The guitar part has been covered with
Walnut Stain Distress Paint.

Thanks for dropping in to the blog today.
