Happy New Year lovely people and welcome to 2017!
I know there will be plenty of inspiration for you in the year to come from All About Scrapbooks!
Here is my third and last layout using the gorgeous Oh La La collection by Kaisercraft.
Today we are going vintage!
Firstly I stamped randomly with the Kaisercraft background Script stamp.
I then splattered my page with gold colour shine.
I then cut this page down to 11 1/2 x 11 1/2 inches and matted on the dark brown paper.
I finished my background off with sewing around the edges of the page.
I chose my photo which is of my paternal grandparents with their young family in circa 1951.
I placed this to the right of the printed bird.
I chose several rose die cuts from the pack.
Before attaching I then arranged the die cut cut flowers under the photo.
I also tucked under the top of the photo a die cut tag before attaching.
I added a paper piece tag under the rose to finish off this cluster.
I have inked the 2Crafty chipboard word Forever in an antique gold ink. If you do not have one you could ink in any gold and then go over the top with a brown or pine cone to give it an aged looked. I then attached directly under my photo.
Love the vintage feel Rach
