Love This
Simple Stories Take Note Collection
Kellie Moore

Welcome back to the blog, it's Kel here today sharing a page using the new
Simple Stories Take Note Collection.

I really love this collection as it has a generic theme so it could be used to document lots of different photos and the colours are very pretty with the pinks, aquas and yellow with pops of black and cream.

I'm documenting 3 photos of me and my girl Penny after a visit to the vet.

I have layered my 3 landscape photos in a vertical strip down the page, layering them with some of the papers from the collection before I stuck down my papers I added some ink blending using a pink distress oxide in Kitsch Flamingo.

I have used two of the cut aparts to the right of my photos to create a space to hold my title. My title is one of the foam stickers from the collection.

You can see I have created 3 flower clusters on my page.
To the top left I have added a paper clip and a tab diecut.

Underneath my bottom photo I added a banner.

To the right I added a chipboard bird.
I also added some decorative brads to the centre of my flowers.

I love how my page came together and you have found some inspiration today.
Check out this collection in the shop.. it's lots of fun!
See you next time!
Kel

Beautiful Girl with Carta Bella Pressed Floral Collection by Fiona Siegel

Hello everyone

This weeks layout is created with the lovely Carta Bella Pressed Floral collection:

Beautiful Girl

I love how thick the papers are by Carta Bella, great for easy  tearing which is a technique I love to use. I have used this for the main floral paper then the darker matt for my photo before adding some softer pink to match my daughters top.

I've predominantly used flowers to embellish my page, adding a little journaling by fussy cutting "Live in the Moment" from the Carta Bella Pressed Flowers journaling paper.  I love the gorgeous large pink flower in the Green Tara Botanicals pack, then the smaller flowers and leaves I have added to my journalling tag.

I've finished off with a 2Crafty title - Beautiful Girl - inked then I added some sparkle with some kindy glitz.

Thanks for stopping by
Till next week

Captivating with Mintay Rust and Rose Collection by Fiona Siegel

Hello everyone

I have used the beautiful Rust and Rose collection by Mintay Papers to scrap today's layout:

Captivating

I am a big fan of the gorgeous Mintay Papers and the stunning backgrounds. I have teamed this stunning background paper up with some neutrals - a woodgrain from Memory Place and the B side of the Main paper. Then I added a doily to soften up the page.

I have torn and roughed the edges of my paper before mounting it on to the pink woodgrain paper #4 and tucking some extra doily bits underneath.

Embellishing is easy with the super cute die-cuts. I have mounted several of these around my page to add some dimension. The cat in the basket is on the paper but I have used an ephemera one to add extra detail, mounting it and tucking some bits and pieces underneath.

I finished off my layout with a simple title from 2Crafty, inked in a light orange to co-ordinate with my papers.

Thanks for stopping by

Till next week

Live In The Moment
49 & Market Echoes Of Time
Kellie Moore

Welcome to the Blog today!

It's Kel here today and I have a little something different for me today. You will know I mostly scrapbook more masculine pages with having 3 boys but we welcomed a new baby niece to our family recently, so I have a new girly subject to scrap...yay!

I am using the new 49 & Market Echoes Of Time collection along with a few pieces of 2Crafty chipboard. You might think this collection is more geared towards scrapbooking older/vintage memories but you can make it work for more recent pictures.
Here is a look...

I started using one of the 12 x 12 papers as my base page gutting it before adding white cardstock. I have used a square central design with my photo to the left of the page adding my main embellies to the right. I used a mix of the diecuts, chipboard and laser cuts.

I have used a 2Crafty chipboard piece called Butterfly Spray to the left of my photo using paint and Nuvo glaze, then adding enamel dots for texture.

I have next used a bunch of the floral laser cuts to create a border along the bottom of the page.

I have snuck in another 2Crafty butterfly.

I hope you like my page and check out this collection in the store and check back soon for more inspiration.
Thanks for checking in

Hello Autumn
with 49 and Market Curiosities
in Willow Grove
By Fiona Siegel

Hello everyone

Back with more Curiosities in Willow Grove, I had the perfect photo from a few years back for this gorgeous paper!

Hello Autumn

Loved this paper and didn't want to cover all the leaves which dominate the left hand side so I have popped my photo on the right and added some detail with paper layers and ephemera:

Then I used some mounting tape to lift some of the autumn leaves for added dimension. I have made a sub heading at the bottom of the page, layering some words, ephemera and another leaf.

I finished off with the Hello title from the ephemera Icons and titles pack and then used some Simple Stories Color Vibe Foam Stickers to complete my title.
