Bali 2023 Simple Stories Happy Travels Kellie Moore

Hello Scrappy Friends!Kel here today sharing a page using the new collection 'Happy Travels' from Simple
 Stories.  I adore the colours and icons in this collection, so much so, that I MAY have
 just bought some more of it!
Today I'm documenting some photos of a trip we took to Bali.
I decided to use a grid design...these are a great way to add lots of photos to a page,
  I have included 8 photos. 
Here is a look....

I have used a cream map paper (called Here and Now) as my main base paper as it is a
 nice neutral, then used one of the bright papers to border the whole page
(called Round Trip) I like how this brings in all the colours in the collection.
I started my grid by cutting 2.5inch squares and laying them out on the page. I then chose
where I wanted my photos to go, using black and white prints to help make all the photos
work and not have competing colours.

I mounted my photos on black cardstock to help them stand out and also layered some
 patterned papers underneath.

The squares without photos I have used for my title and embellishment clusters...

For my title I used some of the Bella Blvd Alphas ... I love the font of these and they are
available in a bunch of colours..
