Kaisercraft Teddy Bears Picnic - by Fiona Johnstone
Hello everyone
This week I am sharing two layouts I have created using this months Kaisercraft release Teddy Bears Picnic. I have to admit I was a bit thrown by this range initally but then I had a little think about it and a look for some photos and realised I have quite a few that will suit this range.
First up is a travel layout, but I have still used a bear! Here is Berlin Bear:
I've created my background using a Crafters Workshop mask and some texture paste mixed with paint, once dry I have stamped over the circles with a script stamp.
Close-up of the stamping on my masking and embellishments, mostly from the Teddy Bears Picnic collectibles pack. I love the bear tin pin from the October Afternoon Travel Girl range.
A close-up of the opposite side, I have painted a 2Crafty Viewfinder in the co-ordinating yellow from my background, just a touch darker to match the cute Bear Frequenting sticker from a very old October Afternoon range that I happened across. The postcard is cut out from the "teddy" paper in the range.
My second share for this week, is Teddy Love
This cute background paper was perfect for my instagram photo I took earlier this year of my two with their very precious teddies. I have done some light stamping on the background using a script stamp and my favourite grid texture stamp, then I've added a few light flicks of Dylusions ink. The title Teddy Love is from the collectibles pack.
A close-up of my stamping and journaling, as well as my flower cluster.
On the other side some more stamping, mist splatters and a cute little journaling spot, finished with a bow from the sticker sheet.
Thanks for stopping by, I hope you've been inspired to give this range a try!
I will be back later in the month with some more from this range!
Love BOTH of these, Fiona....great photos & fantastic use of the colours & collectables in this collection :)
