B-Side - Basic Grey by Rachel Lowe

Welcome to the beginning of another week. This is the first layout I created using B-Side by Basic Grey and I just love it! The colour scheme of this collection is so on trend right now. The paper designs are modern and fun. I think the 'star' of this layout is the Gigi's chipboard flowers by 2Crafty, although the  layout is vibrant in colour the inked flowers give it a classic feel. Versa ink the base of the chipboard flower in a darker shade of whatever colour you choose to use and then a lighter colour on actual flower to give light and shade contrast.

 I inked the leaf flourishes also by 2Crafty and foam taped the flowers to create a 3D effect.  Just so pretty!

  Don't be afraid to use bold colour combinations they can really make your photo pop. You can easily scrap lift this layout to have your own B-Side.
