Kaisercraft POP! by Linda Eggleton
Good Morning all, I hope everyone has had a wonderful Christmas spent with family & friends.
Today I am back to share the 3rd Kaisercraft release for December....and it is a bright, colourful & cheery one called POP! It would be perfect for birthday layouts, cards, invitations & the like.
But, me being me....I always like to do something outside of what a collection is themed for!
"The Dingle Coast"
I decided to do a travel page, from our holiday last year on the Dingle Coast in Ireland.
I picked out the blues & greens from the POP! collection to go with the gorgeous blues & greens in the photos. If you've ever wondered....yep, Ireland REALLY is THAT green!
I have used a couple of the Captured Moments 6x4 cards from the Sprinkles pack....which is designed to go with the POP! collection, layered in behind my photo. I know I've said this before....but these really do make layering on your page so, so quick & easy. I'm not a PL scrapper, so this is the perfect way for me to use these fab little gems :)
Of course, there are always the perfect coloured paper blooms to go with all of Kaisercraft's collections, as you can see here in my cluster. I've also added some punched & diecut leaves, butterflies & stamped windmills that come in the POP! - quotes clear stamp set, plus a few other bits from my stash.
More stamped windmills topped off with a KC rhinestone....and some stickers from the Sticker sheet.
I have swiped a bit of modelling paste around the outside area of the CM card layers, using a palette knife......just to help break up the repeated triangle pattern, plus to add a little texture to the page (although it is a bit hard to see from the photos)
The alpha stickers are Kaisercraft too...I have used the White alpha stickers, but they also come in a variety of different colours and you can find them in the AAS shop HERE
I find they are a great size...not too big & not too small either.
Kaisercraft Products - Pop! – Bunting paper P1687, Lollipop paper P1688, Sprinkles Captured Moments 6×4 cards CM320, Sticker Sheet SS265, White Alpha Stickers AS252, Sea Breeze paper blooms F631, Olive paper blooms F633, Pop! Quotes clear stamps CS198, Snow pearls SB794, Island Lagoon rhinestones RS402, Avocado Ink pad IP730
Other – Flower, Leaf die, Leaf punch, Butterfly punches, Cardstock, Mists, Modelling paste
Next I have created a couple of simple cards...
"Happy Birthday Card"
Again, I've used one of the CM 6x4 cards as the main piece on the card, which is on top of the yellow Party Time paper...then I've cut a few pieces from the Sugar paper & rolled them up to create the cute little candles....tieing them together with a piece of orange ribbon from my stash and adding a bit of twine into the centre for the candle wick.
I stamped the Happy Birthday using the POP! quotes stamp set and then cut it out & mounted it up on some small foam dots.
Kaisercraft products - Pop! – Party Time paper P1685, Sugar paper P1691, Sprinkles Captured Moments 6×4 cards CM320, Quotes clear stamps CS198, Tangello Ink Pad IP729, Foam Tape T303
Other – Ribbon, Twine, Card & Envelope
"There's much to celebrate card"
Again, I've covered my card with a piece of PP - Polka, and then used one of the CM 6x4 cards on top. The POP! collection comes with 2 stamp sets...Quotes & another called Treats. I have stamped the balloons using the cute little balloon stamps from the Treats set in a variety of colours, popped them up on some foam tape to form a nice bunch & then added some twine for the balloon strings :)
"There's much to celebrate" is another of the stamps from the Quotes stamp set.
As I said previously....there's so many stamps in these collections, making them perfect for B'day layouts, cards or invitations.
Petal Pink ink pad IP725, Foam tape T303
Other – Twine, Card & Envelope
You can find the POP! collection in the AAS store HERE
So that is all from me, not only for today, but also for 2014.
What a year it has been....I have enjoyed working with so many amazing collections over the past 12 months & would like to thank Vanessa for being such a generous & easy going boss lady.
I shall be back in 2015 to share more of my work with everyone.
Until then...take care & enjoy the rest of your Christmas break :) xx

Kaisercraft Cherry Blossom by Linda Eggleton
Hi everyone & welcome.
Firstly, this will be my last post before Christmas...so I would like to wish everyone a safe, happy & enjoyable Christmas....I hope you have a fabulous day, not only giving & receiving presents, eating too much food, drinking your favourite beverages.....but most importantly,
spending time with those that are near & dear to you.
I hope you all have a beautiful day.....enjoy! xx
Now for some scrapping.....
Today I have some Kaisercraft projects to share using the super gorgeous
"Cherry Blossom" collection....this collection is so very pretty! Think cherry blossoms, Japanese themed....but of course you could create any themed layout with it.
First up I have a layout....and I've gone for a bit of a monochromatic theme, picking out all the pink coloured papers & embellishments from the Collectables pack, sticker sheet & paper pad.
There are other colours in this collection....soft teal/mint greens & soft mango/oranges along with a variety of shades of pink. As I said, it is really really pretty <3
"Hello Beautiful"
I have gone for a chevron paper for my background again...so as you can tell, they are my fav! As I tend to use my favourite papers as my backgrounds....this one is called "Fragrance"
The title I cut from the Sunrise paper and have mounted it up on some foam tape.
I love those gorgeous little lanterns from the Collectables pack....and I've also included some of the beautiful cherry blossom flowers, that are also in the Collectables pack.
More Collectables pieces...including the little journal card.
And down below the photo I've used one of the new KC photo overlays - from the Love Life pack.
How gorgeous is the floral cherry blossom paper that I've cut into a banner shape? So so pretty <3
Pic is of my gorgeous little Great Niece....Olivia <3

I've added a bit of stencil work on the top with modelling paste, before adding the embellishments.
It is a cute little box & will be perfect for adding a small gift for someone :)

Kaisercraft Sandy Toes - By Linda Eggleton
Hello everyone & welcome :)
Today I have a few projects using one of the new Kaisercraft releases for December ....and that would be the totally gorgeous Sandy Toes collection! This is one of those "must have's"...and is perfect for any beach/water themed layouts...but also would be easily used for any other themed layout as well.
First up I have this layout....
"A day on the harbour"
Oh how I love that chevron paper for the background! it is the reverse side of the Beach Bum paper, and I love how it has that gradient effect where the colour goes from darker shades, fading down into lighter shades. I have also used some of the fabo corrugated cardboard sheets to layer up behind my photos, as well as some papers from the paper pad and a few other bits from my stash.
Of course, what is a layout from me without a cluster?!?!? LOL
Some gorgeous KC blooms, Collectables pieces & diecut leaves.
Stickers & Collectables pieces layered around the page...love them!
This gorgeous lamp post is one of the newly released Kaisercraft dies!
I think it goes perfect with this layout. I covered some KC chipboard with paper from the paper pad & then used my Cuttlebug to cut it out. Backing it with chipboard just gives it that bit more stability & definition on the page :)
I've randomly & roughly punched the edges of some of my layered papers....I didn't want them to be perfectly punched, I wanted them to be rough & uneven....just to give a bit of a rustic feel to the page.
Kaisercraft Products: Sandy Toes – Beach Bum paper P1709, Sea Shells paper P1704,
Surf paper P1703, Flip Flops paper P1706, Waves paper P1710, Paper Pad PP222,
Collectables CT804, Sticker Sheet SS267, Corrugated Cardboard CB153,
White alpha stickers AS252, Iceberg paper blooms F630, Coconut paper blooms F627,
Sage mini paper blooms F649, Coconut mini paper blooms F644,
Street Light Decorative Die DD513, Chipboard Sheets CB154, Foam Tape T303,
Island ink pad IP726
Other – Flower, Punchinella, Leaf Die, Cardstock, Gesso, Border punch, Twine
Next up is a beyond the page project.....
"Magnetic Wall Planner"
I decided to make the wall planner as a magnetic board, rather than a chalk board or cork board….even though I have used a sheet of KC cork, I don’t think this would hold up to having pins pushed in it as a cork board, so I opted to add a magnetic sheet in behind the cork,
so that even flair buttons can be used to hold little notes etc to the board.
I love the look of this with the cork background though :)
I just LOVE the woodgrain paper that I've used to cover the planner, which is the reverse side of the Surf paper. I then just used strips from the Waves paper, the sticker sheet & also some of the cut off strips from the bottom of the papers to create a bit more interest to the planner.
I adhered all of the papers to the planner using Bostik BluStick....and I found this to be so so easy. I have used craft glue in the past, but find that you have to get just the right amount of glue onto the project for things to turn out well. If there's too much glue, the paper starts to buckle and warp....which is not good! So my suggestion for adhering the papers to these types of BTP items, is to use a really good glue stick!
Then once the paper & glue is dry, trim off any excess paper with your craft knife :)
A cute little cluster of blooms & Collectables pieces <3
I also added a few metal clips that can also serve as clips up on the magnetic board.
I just had to create a little banner with these fabo Collectables pieces....all joined with a simple piece of twine.
The magnetic sheet I used is A4 sized that I trimmed down and adhered to the backing board in behind the cork sheet....then finished it off by adhering the cork sheet over the top.
The planner itself, which is Kaisercraft.....was really really easy peasy to put together!
Much simpler than I thought it was going to be, and is all held together
with a small amount of craft glue
Kaisercraft Products: Sandy Toes – Surf paper P1703, Flip Flops paper P1706,
Waves paper P1710, Paper Pad PP222, Collectables CT814, Sticker Sheet SS267,
Sage Paper Blooms F632, Honey Paper Blooms F628, Coconut Mini Paper Blooms F644,
Sea Breeze Mini Paper Blooms F648, Cork Sheet CB152, Bark Ink Pad IP724,
Kaisercolour Antique White KC002, Wall Planner SB2324
Other – Twine, Button, Metal Clips, Flair Buttons, Magnetic Sheet
That is all from me for another week.
I hope you have been inspired by this gorgeous collection.
You can find it in the AAS online store HERE
Until next time :) xx

Kaisercraft "Close Up!" - By Linda Eggleton
Hi again everyone...and welcome to December!
Wow, is it just me? Or has this year just flown by for everone else too? I can't believe that "you.know.what" will be here before we know it, and then after that, we'll be into a new year...eeeek
It's all hurtling by way too fast for my liking....if only it would slow down!
Anyways...on with some scrapping to share :)
Today I am sharing some of my Kaisercraft DT work using Close Up! collection
It has lots of camera & film themed papers & embellishments - and they are all so cool!!
Oh and the colours are just gorgeous too :)
"Titanic Pump House"
"Titanic Pump House"
I've used one of the plainer papers for my background - Lens, and have added a variety of subtle stamping in different colours around the edges of the paper layers. I've then arranged a variety of paper strips & border pieces in a cross formation under the photos...and have added some strip journaling, cut from another piece from the Paper pad.
Here's just one of the little cameras that comes in the Collectables pack - love it! and I've added some paper blooms, that I've lightly inked, & other stickers & Collectables pieces in and around my cluster.
The alphas are Kaisercraft - Sea Breeze, Natural (which I have inked to get a richer colour)
and Ebony. And the little film strip is cut from one of the pages from the paper pad - there are a variety of colours in the little film strips too.
Another piece of film strip paper, along with one of the border diecut strips from the paper pad & some more stickers from the sticker sheet that I've put up on foam tape to help lift them off the page.
A bit of a close up of the different stamping - Grid, Tiny Dot & Arty, using Saffron, Lagoon & Vintage Ink Pads.
Kaisercraft Products – Lens paper P1679, Paper Pad PP955, Collectables CT812, Sticker Sheet SS264, Sage paper blooms F632, Sunset paper blooms F634, Buttercream paper blooms F629, Grid Stamp CS755, Tiny Dot stamp CS151, Arty Stamp CS879, Saffron Ink pad IP728, Lagoon Ink pad IP727, Vintage Ink pad IP723, Tangello Ink pad IP729, Sea Breeze alpha stickers AS255, Natural alpha stickers AS254, Ebony alpha stickers AS251, Black ink pad IP719
Other – Leaf punch, zipper, mists
Next up is a mini canvas.....
"Do what you love, and love what you do" Canvas
The black & orange spear looking shapes I have cut from the "shutter" paper...a little bit fiddly, but I love the effect, so well worth the little bit of time that it took :)
For the background I've used the KC Triangles template with some modelling paste, and then coloured it with KC Lagoon ink pad. I then finished it off with some stamping using KC Crackle stamp & Saffron Ink pad.
I've layered a few collectables pieces, one being that awesome saying - "Life is like photography, We develop from the negatives" - How true is that? I love this little verse.....and finished it off with a cluster to the side.
I've cut one of the long sayings stickers in half from the sticker sheet and placed them under each other as the title for the canvas.
Kaisercraft Products – Shutter paper P1681, Paper Pad PP955, Sticker Sheet SS264, Collectables CT812, Triangles Template T615, Crackle stamp CS876, Black Ink pad IP719, Lagoon Ink pad IP727, Saffron Ink pad IP728, Terracotta paper blooms F636, Honey paper blooms F628, Sage paper blooms F632, Honey mini paper blooms F645, Sage mini paper blooms F649.
