More Glitz "Sunshine in my soul" - with Linda Eggleton
This really was a gorgeous collection to create with. After starting with some template work on my base, using Prima Crackle stencil, I then based my layout on a sketch over at PageDrafts....but just added the random cut up circles from the 2 Crafty circular panel over my page.
Pic is of DH & I on our holiday in Ireland, with the Cliffs of Moher in the background.
Here is a close up of my main cluster...Manor House & Green Tara flowers, Flutterby Designs Flair button & stickers from the Alphabet & words sticker sheet...plus a few die cut leaves, all layered in around each other.
And another small cluster with Green Tara flowers & 2 Crafty chipboard, plus you get a good view here of the textured template work....using modelling paste & a Prima stencil, once I worked out where the papers etc were going to sit on my page.
Title using alpha stickers from the alphabet & Words sticker sheet....and some journaling, straight onto the patterned paper this time! (a rarity for me)...plus you can see the 2 Crafty Shrub piece, where I've dabbed it with modelling paste, then coloured it with gelatos & lightly inked.
Here you can see a bit of a close up of the circles that I cut out from the centre of the 2 Crafty Circular panel that I used on my last DT layout....and for this layout, I've spread them randomly over the layout. I first coated the circles in gesso, then roughly dabbed on some modelling paste to add some texture, and finished off the same as the shrub piece above
Now for the card...
"Welcome Olivia"
Not your traditional type of baby card....but I love it and so did my Niece who recently had her first baby <3
A bit of a close up of the main cluster...with a paper doily as the base, then layered on top are the hearts from the sticker sheet, a diecut butterfly from the Collectables pack, Manorhouse & Green Tara flowers, some die cut leaves....all treated with some Clear Rock Candy Stickles.
Thanks so much for dropping by today....and I'm looking forward to sharing more with you all in the new year. Here's to a happy & creative 2014!
Cheers,
Linda

Kaisercraft Paradiso - by Fiona Johnstone
Hope you are all almost ready for Christmas!
Today I am sharing a layout using Kaisercrafts Paradiso Collection. It's not just for beachy photos, I have used it to scrap a layout from our trip to Switzerland! And there are no beaches there.
Kapellbrucke:
To create my layout, I used a dry paintbrush to roughly apply some gesso to the background, then distressed the edges of the Kaisercraft Paradiso Tropical Bliss Paper and my photo, finishing off with some embellishments from the Kaisercraft Collectibles and Basic Grey Carte Postale ranges.
A couple of close-ups:

More Sunrise-Sunset from Prima - by Linda Eggleton
Lots of Manor House, Prima & Green Tara blooms & some fabulous 2crafty chipboard on this one. I just love that 2crafty circular panel (and I have some left over for my next project too!) and the summer leaf stem is gorgeous too.
Here's a bit of a close up of the circles, which I've simply coated in gesso and used it as a frame/base for my photo. Also my title....and some of the background template work.
Main cluster of Manor House, Prima & Green Tara flowers....I love how all these flowers mix together so well :) There's also one of the Prima Vintage Mechanicals & 2crafty leaves tucked in there too. The leaves have been coated in gesso & then coloured using my Gelatos (such fun!)
I added a bit of green to my background work to help tie it in with the colours of the photo... I love the outcome & the colour combo!
Another small cluster of mixed flowers & another vintage mechanical.
Some strip journaling (my fav!)...and more of the template work randomly done over the background.
I first used modelling paste with my CW template, then once it was dry, I sponged on some green gelato with an ink blending tool.
And here you get to look into the photo & hopefully get just a little taste of how amazing this place was - The Dark Hedges in Northern Ireland.....Isn't it spectacularl? I absolutely loved it!!
Ok that is all from me for now....until next time, happy scrapping!
And Merry Christmas to you all from the team here at All About Scrapbooks.

Teresa Collins Santa's List - by Fiona Johnstone
My first share for today is, Bubble Santa, using papers, sticker accessories and enamel dots from the Teresa Collins Santa's List range, a 2Crafty chipboard tree, thickers, Heidi Swapp ephemera, a flair button and a silver doily from a christmas shop.
Some close ups:
The Christmas Tree I have inked in silver versacolour, then gone over the body of the tree with silver stickles - love a bit of glitter for Christmas!! I have fussy cut the triangle strip from the row of diamonds on the Santa's List Santa Paper and used it as a border strip.
On this side I have layeres sticker accessories sheet, the Merry Christmas from the Heidi Swapp ephemera pack and a flair button over the top of a journal tag from the Santa's list papers then finished with a sprinkling of star stickers and enamel dots.
My second layout I am sharing today, is also my layout from my class at the All About Scrapbooks crop day which is held once a month in Gymea, NSW.
Santa's Watching
I have also used the Teresa Collins Santa's List papers on this layout, plus a piece of Kaisercraft paper (also called Santa's List!!), several 2Crafty chipboard pieces, washi tape, a dollar store gold doily and stickers from Simple Stories Christmas Snap stickers.
Some close-ups:
Santa's Watching is a 2Crafty chipboard piece that I have inked, then gone over with stickles in Xmas Red. The hat I have used gesso for the fur parts and then gone over that with stickles in Diamond. The holly piece is inked and a tiny touch of stickles. Then we made our own little button with a sticker from the Snap set with an epoxy circle over the top then edged in gold stickles.

Prima "Sunrise-Sunset" & Kaisercraft "Key to my heart" - by Linda Eggleton
All products used are Prima, besides a few of the smaller flowers,
the Flutterby Designs flair button & the 2crafty chipboard.
Here I have clustered the prima flowers, resin key lock, vintage trinkets & Junkyard Findings - zipper trinket...along with a Flutterby Designs flair button, die cut leaves & teased up pieces of muslin cloth.
Another few prima resin corner frames on top of a few layered pieces of PP & some mesh tape.
Here you can see some of the background work I created using a CW template & modelling paste, with some Prima stitched circles stamping over the top....as well as my strip journaling
(one of my fav ways to journal!)
Here's a bit of a closer look at the textured template work, which I also extended to include some of the layered PP's.....plus my title using Prima alphas.
Another small cluster, using the same products as the previous one....as well as one of the 2crafty filmstrip pieces, that I simply swiped over with gesso without being too fussy on full coverage.
And here's the main cluster from another angle, with another piece of 2crafty filmstrip chipboard that has been swiped with gesso.
Next up is my 2nd layout using one of Kaisercraft's newest collections, "Key to my heart", which Vanessa very generously sent me as a bonus to my DT kit, and which will be available in store soon, so keep your eye out for it, as it is gorgeous!
My layout is based on Kaisercraft's December #1 Saturday sketch.
The papers in this collection are so sooo pretty...and the collectables pack is full of gorgeous diecuts!
"4 Sisters"
Again, mostly Kaisercraft products used - Papers, wooden embellishments, flowers, lace, diecuts from the collections pack...and bubbles template for the background work.
Here you can see where I've clustered the flowers, lace (which I've tied in a bow), wooden embellishemnts, die cuts & a few brads.
And my journaling that is on top of a few layers of patterned papers & diecuts, as well as my title.
2 of the butterfly diecuts from the collections pack that I've layered on top of each other using some foam tape to give a bit of dimension.
And an overall view of the main area of the layout,
where you can see my randomly punched edges.
Ok, so that is all from me for this week.
I will be back again next Friday with some more creations, plus Fiona will be back on Tuesday to share more of her work.
Until then...have a great weekend :)
