Calling Santa with Doodlebug Tinsel Time and Bella Blvd Merry Mingle by Fiona Siegel

Another Christmas layout to share today using Doodlebug Tinsel Time and Bella Blvd Merry Mingle
Calling Santa

I've used a mix of papers from both collections - they are quite similar in colours and go well together! Then to embellish I have used the Doodlebug Tinsel Time Odds and Ends Die-cuts - there are so many diecuts in this pack they are great value!
I found a cute doily in my stash that teamed up perfectly with both the paper and my very pink photo from The Grounds Sugarplum themed alleyway. To this I have added some die-cuts. 

I've used the die cuts to make a cute little string of lights, alternating having them on foam tape and flat on the page for some dimesion and then adding some twine to keep them together

To the other side of my page I have added some more cute die-cuts and then added my title using some old stickers from my stash and then some Bella Blvd Puffy Stickers .

Discover with 49andMarket Krafty Garden by Fiona Siegel

For this layout I have chosen one of the background papers from the 12x12 Collection pack as my background  and then added some paper layers from the pack around my photo. 

To embellish I have used a mix of the laser cut wildflower and the chipboard. Some of my elements were cut from the reverse of the packaging of the wildflower pack - love how versatile it is!
I've also included some of the Ochre Ephemera Stackers to add some browns and yellow to my layout then added some extra mini words from the Krafty Garden Chipboard set and butterflies from the wildflowers and Ochre Acetate. 

and finishing off with the Krafty Garden words for my title over the gorgeous laser cut wildflower.

Travel with 49andMarket Wherever collection by Fiona Johnstone

My next share with 49&Markets Wherever collection:
Travel

When I saw this globe paper knew straight away I wanted to fussy cut it and add a photo from my girls and I flying overseas. Firstly I wanted to have the globe central to the design so I used some white cardstock and decorated the edge of the globe using a selection of rubons and this cute acetate aeroplane. 

The rub-ons are a mix of the 49&Market Wherever Rub-ons Ride and Nature Study Wings

I've kept my photo smaller and added a few paper layers and tucked in some small bits and pieces around the photo - some smaller filmstrips from the acetate assortment pack, tag from mini laser cut elements, and a mini title from the chipboard word set. 

For my title I made a cluster using the Ephemera Bits  I've used some of the paper to add the little plane background behind my geo-tag before adding my title Travel over the top - also from the ephemera pack.

Back again this week with more 49andMarket Wherever collection.
Loving this range for travel photos!

This View

I've combined some of the blue and green papers in the collection pack to mix and match with with photos from the Blue Mountains - a pit stop on our road trip. I've layered these over some white cardstock and tied it together using some of the Ride Rub-ons from the collection - I've added a cut button from the Everywhere collection - the ranges really mix and match so well 

Super cute ephemera pieces add extra detail - love the mini cameras from the Mini Laser Cut elements:

My favourite are these cute envelopes which are part of the ephemera bits pack, cute to tuck a in smaller photos - here a selfie in front of the 3 Sisters backed with a piece of ephemera. The geotags are also a part of the ephemera bits pack- I teamed this one up with an ephemera globe. 

and lots of perfect titles from in the chipboard words pack to complete my layout.

This background paper screams road trip with its big open road print! Perfect as is, but of course, 49&Market have the perfect rub-ons so I have added a few to the background. The transparencies also add the right amount of detail without covering the awesome background. 

I've added a couple of paper layers before adding some cute mini laser cut flowers  & embellishments and more transparencies  - I love the film strips so much! 

Finishing off the page with these awesome chipboard words from the chipboard sets.

Wander with 49&Market Wherever Collection by Fiona Johnstone

Playing with the new 49&Market collection - Wherever this week.
I love this one, the colours are fabulous!

Wander

I started with my base paper and then added the border to add a little more of the
 orangey brown to my layout, as this is the colours of my photos.  My main pic I have
 matted with one of the acetate frames from the Acetate Assortment pack. I've used the
 paper advertising strips from the base of these two papers as a strip under my photos. 
Next I've used the acetate film strips from the same pack, and one from the older Color Swatch Toast. I like that you can mix and match well with these collection - I've added
some other bits from similar collections- orange leaves from Gardenia and tag
from Nature Study. 

Of course super cute embellishments in this range too - like these cute ephemera
pieces from Mini Laser Cut Elements pack:

And of course fabulous chipboard words for titles and subtitles:

Super Boy Power with Pebbles Cool Boy Collection by Fiona Johnstone

Time for a boy post this week, featuring some mixed media and the adorable Pebbles collection - Cool Boy:
Super Boy Power

This week I thought I might start off showing my background - I've used two Vicki Boutin stencils and some Distress Oxide to create this. If you look at my design you can see I knew where wanted my paper to go, in fact I created the paper layers first then lay down on the cardstock to get a rough idea. 
I started with the word stencil (old Vicki Boutin) using Distress Oxide in Twisted Citron, then once it dried I have used another VB stencil and Distress Oxide in Salty Ocean - I have used the Ranger Blending tool - perfect for randomly adding the circles, then finishing with some splatters. 

With the base done I've placed down my paper layer main pieces then added some super cute embellishments from the ephemera pack -these are the cutest! My tag is fussy cut from the Ephemera paper, added a hole punch and some twine from my stash. 

Love the mix of vellum and cardstock in the pack! I fussy cut the cool from my patterned paper to add to this chipboard tag. 

Finishing off the page with the title Super Boy Power from the ephemera pack.

18 with Uniquely Creative Flowering Utopia by Fiona Johnstone

Back again with a layout using Uniquely Creative Flowering Utopia to compliment my page from a few weeks ago.

For this layout I have used another patterned background with lots of pretty pinks and florals. I've added my photo with some pink paper layers then fussy cut the gorgeous floral hot air balloon from the Happy paper 

Next I have added some more florals from the ephemera pack along with some butterflies and cute ephemera words to finish off my page. 

And a simple 18 as the title after going through my stash and choosing gold to compliment the foiling in the background paper.

Together with Vicki Boutin Discover + Create by Fiona Johnstone

Back this week with another layout created using the awesome Vicki Boutin collection Discover + Create:
Together

For this layout I started with the Needlework paper, for the cute hoop which I fussy cut then decided I liked it on the same background paper so ended up using another piece and mounting my hoop over the top for some dimension. This also allowed me to tuck some super cute flowers - a mix of fussy cutting and ephemera, under the frame. 

Next I used the envelope from the 3x4 paper and fussy cut around it to have the envelope sticking out partially under my photo. 

I added the ephemera camera before continuing with embellishments from the sticker sheet, ephemera icons and Daily reminder thickers. 

Finishing off with the perfect title by 2Crafty - Together.

Cute and Cheeky with Vicki Boutin Discover + Create by Fiona Johnstone

This weeks layout is created with the fabulous Discover + Create collection by Vicki Boutin. Absolutely love this collection!
Cute and Cheeky

For this layout I have focused on the blues in the paper with a hint of red and a pop of black. When I was sorting papers I had the blue and book print together, liked the combo so cut down my book paper to fit along side the blue. Then I added some distress oxide in Stormy Sky & Tumbled Glass to the background. 

My design utilises one of the journaling squares from the 3x4 paper alongside my two 3x4 photos. I've fussy cut the clipboard from the same paper to tuck behind one of my photos and bring the red across. I've added a strip of the blue paper and the advertising strip to the bottom of my photos. 

Next was lots of embellishments - the white flowers from the Icon ephemera pack - I cut the larger one to tuck top and bottom. Also from the Icon ephemera pack - mushrooms, blue flowers, take note sign and butterfly. A cute tab from the foam sticker sheet and finishing with the funky alpha stickers.
